Every thread has a parent on it.
Most platforms make safety a setting. We made it the shape of the system, so the safe version is the only one anyone has to remember.
One thread, three people.
A coach messages a player. The guardian is already on it. There's no second channel to open.
- A personal phone becomes a club account
- A private chat becomes a thread a parent reads
- One adult's word becomes a timestamped record

What's always true.
Designed so that each of these holds by default, with nothing to configure.
Guardians are added at creation, not invited afterwards.
Messages can be corrected. The original stays, timestamped and attributed.
Feedback is checked for abuse and personal attacks, then approved by the coach who wrote it.
When a coach leaves, access ends and the record stays with the club.
Screening is automated and will miss things. It lowers the chance a child reads something harmful; it doesn't remove it, and it doesn't replace your club's own process.
Coaching, not venting.
The coach speaks or types freely
Voice, text or email, in whatever tone the moment produced.
Presiq drafts a clean version and shows the coach
Substance preserved, delivery made usable by a 13-year-old. The coach edits it or sends it. We never put words in a coach's mouth unseen.
The player and the guardian read the same message
No separate summary, no second version.
The rule in one line: honest criticism passes, abuse and personal attacks are held for the club director, and everything in between is rewritten for the coach to approve.
Consent, and the right to leave.
A child's account exists because a guardian agreed, and it ends the same way.
- Verified parental consent before a player account is active
- Visibility settings in plain words, written for parents
- The record belongs to the family. If they leave the club, it goes with them
- No advertising and no data sales. Youth data isn't a product
On deletion: a family can withdraw consent and take their record. The safeguarding log keeps that a message existed, who sent it and when, because a log you can edit isn't a log. We'll walk your counsel through that line.
The audit export.
to hand an insurer or a board the whole season's communications.

Straight answers.
Is screening done by AI alone, or does a person review it?
The first pass is automated and runs on every message. Anything it holds goes to a named person at your club, not to us, and nothing is discarded silently. Presiq staff don't read club messages as a matter of course.
What if the club director is the one who sent it?
Flags route to a second reviewer you nominate at setup, and a flag on a director's message always goes to that person instead. If you'd rather it escalate outside the club, you can nominate a board member.
Where is children's data stored, and who can read it?
In the United States, encrypted, with access limited to named engineers under audit. We'll give your board the specifics in writing before you sign anything.
Can a coach still text a player from a personal phone?
No platform can stop that. What we do is remove the reason: a faster channel with the parent already on it, plus coverage reporting that makes off-platform contact show up as a gap.
Does screening mean coaches can't be critical?
No. Critical feedback is the point. "Your weak foot is costing you minutes" goes through. What gets held is abuse, discrimination and personal attacks.
Are parents told a message was rewritten?
Yes. Coached messages are marked as drafted with assistance and approved by the coach, and the guardian sees the same note the player does.
What happens when a coach leaves mid-season?
Access is revoked from the club dashboard. Their assessments and messages stay in the record, attributed and timestamped, because removing a departed coach's history is exactly what you never want to be able to do.

The safety walkthrough is a separate thirty minutes, and we'd rather do it with the person who has to answer for it. Ask for it on the form.
